What Is the Biggest Pain?
A future pain would be fear that a project might go over budget, and perhaps even deplete our funds. Fear of not hitting important dead lines, or time frames, fear of embarrassment or loss of reputation is often the biggest motivator for our clients. Let's talk about a hypothetical situation here to illustrate this principle. They want to do a whole house remodel. In their conversations with an architect, they discuss their preferences and how they want to live. The architect probes further and discovers a key motivator the current homes lay out.
