The first guide lines for even discussing returne to running after pregnancy came out in 20 19. During pregnancy it's extra important to work those deep core muscles that help to kind of hold the abs together and stabilize the spine. This is not likely time where we're really going to gain tons of liht, cardy o, vascular endurance. But we want to maintained so that that way, after baby gets here and we start working our way back up,. We don't have to now moderate for the fact that our body is healing and we didn't do anything for that full pregnancy.
