Liu Qian's former boyfriend Meng Zhaoqiao told the court what he saw in the webcam through an interpreter. He testified that he saw Brian force himself into Qian's room, and when she attempted to resist his embrace, she pushed him and fell to the floor. The Crown said they should have no difficulty finding that the man that Zhaoqiao saw was Brian Dixon.
