The Importance of Biohacking Sleep
In the majority of sciences, whether you're talking about nutrition, diet or mental health, there's no such thing as perfect anything. Would you say that's the same for sleep about biohacking sleep? Yeah, very much so. I doubt that there's anything that we can break in terms of the rules. But what I also realize too is that it's probably hubris for us to think that within the short term of a lifespan that we could create something better than Mother Nature took more than 3.6 million years to evolve.
