The Role of Colescystectomy in Gallbladder Cancer
Porcelain gallbladder is a much lower risk than it was previously thought. For T1A tumors and graders, you're going to need the colescystectomy as well as limited hepatic resection. More aggressive resections may be required for more advanced disease in order to obtain negative margins.
