The Importance of Taking on the Child's Anxiety

The story is about how the mother discovers that her daughter has autism and so she starts off with this baby which in retrospect hits all the markers of a baby with autism into being an infant. The clinicians she met with really didn't know what was going on, it's not unusual either for clinicians not to be aware of how a young girl might present with autism but at each point even when the child is six weeks old maybe a little younger than that their GP fobs her off as though oh well it's maternal anxiety yeah. Then equally when she meets the psychologist she has to take on the psychologist's anxiety as well because the psychologist doesn't quite know what's going on.
