A young girl comes in complaining of back pain. She's a beautiful, healthy looking 21-year-old. I suspected maybe she had a fracture like it's possible she didn't report any trauma. So I figured, look, let's do the CT scan. If nothing else, we don't see a fracture, we would probably just admit her for pain. And then, you know, she'd go to the orthopedic floor or something,. They would do an MRI and figure out what was going on. To make a lot of stress, sorry, I've got metastatic pancreatic cancer. He died four months later. What it did to this incredibly healthy guy
