A young girl comes in complaining of back pain. She's a beautiful, healthy looking 21-year-old. I suspected maybe she had a fracture like it's possible she didn't report any trauma. So I figured, look, let's do the CT scan. If nothing else, we don't see a fracture, we would probably just admit her for pain. And then, you know, she'd go to the orthopedic floor or something,.
