The US internet is driven by two big principles: free speech and a light regulatory hand from the government. From an innovative perspective, I think there's little doubt that the US is still driving it - although we are beginning to see emergence of Chinese tech platforms. There has been over the last five years a real sense of the information the tech firms have about us and how they use it in ways that we don't necessarily control,. So, how that plays on teenagers and others who are constantly checking in and all these other things. Do they dominate the markets too much?
