In high school, the football coach was like, hay, this spring you should practice with ha track team. That'll be good for a defensive back. And so i get up to the starting line and and i'm like, you know what? I can do anything that these chumps can do. It was pretty impressive. About half way through, i realized they were pacing themselves. You give a hundred % effort and then your effort just deteriorates over time. But after doing two 200 meter sprints in one day,  i really embarrassed em.
