People want to work where they want, on what they want and how they want. I feel like we swung the pendulum really far in one directas gettingnacious from the swings. Businesses are being asked to take on a wide range of responsibilities now that they've never had to do before. The neural wiring has been built on habits that we formed. And employers are kind of in this strangle hold because it's a bottom line issue.
