The Government's Decision to Shut Down a Bank in Portugal
Seven governments have investigated the bank and found no evidence of criminal behavior or money laundering. Puerto Rico's president says he was forced to find a way to get his customers' money out before it went to Kenta, which is supposed to buy the entire bank. "I don't know why they like having the money there," Mr. Rossello said. “They're not paying any interest on that money"
