The process of zome calls and working for home has shattered the emotional boundaries of hierarchy. And it's also showing that quite a lot of managers don't actually do a lot of work. Instead, they require the physical office space so that they can walk around telling other people to do the work. Unless you are middlin up er management and your job is irrelevant when the office doesn't exist, then workin on zoom is literally pointless for you.
