Is There a Fusion at the Core of the Sun?

Fusion is not amenable to fusion. If it were happening, we would be fried by gamma rays. The mass of the sun filters and attenuates the gamma rays. So these are non-trivial problems with their theory. And they don't really explain anything. They don't predict anything. They can't answer fundamental fatal flaws with their ideas. It is such transparent nonsense. Whereas the standard model of stellar astronomy has a very thorough and well-supported,. you know, mountain of evidence supported model of the entire life cycle of stars.
