This is a sean pad cast. We started questioning if work was coming at the expense of all these wonderful things in life important to us, family, time, well being and other pursuits that bring us joy. The question now, is 20 21 the year where employees like you and i take back control overwork? Already there are predictions of a great resignation wave. People have also spoken up against bad bosses, por working conditions and unfair demands as work and home mell. But how much of our expectations are realistic?
