Brian Tyler Cohen: Donald Trump could have said, oh my goodness, that was a miscalculation. I didn't intend to incite or inspire violence, but we all know he did. And then he tried to do it all over again with very similar language. What that does is that will provide circumstantial evidence of what he was intending to do all along. In fact, he welcomed the results, violence used to whatever end he was seeking.
