You'll start to get the physical benefits within like 20 to 30 seconds. When you're facing anger, anxiety, fear, it's the same nervous system response. And so in the cold, you can actually work on your emotional resilience by engaging the fighter flight and then using your breath toom back down. So you're getting all the health benefits, but you're also getting these mental benefits.
