Is Structure Emerging in the Universe?

It's almost sounds like a mathematical proof of certain fundamental dynamics subject to certain constraints that can be given a clear mathematical description. At least that's what I'm tempted to say. You get these interesting patterns. And you know, maybe the weakest argument I could make is that we exist in the universe where structure has to emerge. That seems to be sort of a very weak argument.
