Is There Any Chance of a Ukranian Army in the West?

People were predicting some large changes because of the landles, but and not seen some yet seem changed. I really don't see any of like the build up of a huge western army. As soon as the staff arrives, in case it isn't destroyed by missile strikes, it goes directly to the front lines. So i see very little chance that there will be some kind of ukranian army, new ucranian army in the west.
