Anxiety Quote Unquote - The Root Cause

When I couldn't handle my dad's admissions to the mental hospital or his psychotic outbursts, that energy had to go somewhere and it settled in my solar plexus. That is the root cause of my anxiety. My quality of life for many years was destroyed by this sense of alarm that was in my body. When you take something like ayahuasca or psilocybin or whatever, then all those breaks that we put on these things get removed. So you experience your anxiety full force, which is what I did and it was terrifying.
