Is There a Cheating Problem in Amateur Racing?

There was a sort of ward from most audacious form of cheating it's this one isn't it. The photography was the thing that caught them so how is people prior to the photography being part and parcel of race? How many people were not even having a twin but like just swapping with someone who looked a bit like them and getting away with it you know I reckon that that must have been a tried and tested method throughout the years wouldn't you in the age before microchips  before photographs capture these moments. i think we do need to have a little bit more sympathy and compassion towards some people who cheat because often it isn't coming from the face of right, says Rosie
