Is There Growth in the Field of Behavior Science?

There seems to be a little less growth in the area of innovation. And I was curious to why that was happening. There's this kind of tension that's occurring as a result of the fact that the technical developments that need to occur are constrained by a growing concern around the ethical side of things. It becomes harder and harder to innovate in a space like that because of the tension that's created between those two dimensions. The question I asked myself was, can you take the toolkit that we've been using and crafting over the last decade or so with governments and with companies and build that into a framework?
