Is Automation a Good Thing?
I think in that process we have actually forgotten about digitization and we're more doing digitalization. Now the difference in that is if you're going to be representing something in a digital world then you must represent it as it is in the real world. I'll give you an example also of that like with Washington DC one of the things that they have realized is the discriminatory behavior that's happening within algorithms. In 2021 they actually identified an act in order for them to eliminate or ban discriminatory algorithms. So do we have to start looking at inclusion in the digital transformation. Absolutely you know what it should be there from the start.
