I used to always hide a lot from my audience in terms of like just trying to be this like perfect because again, seven years ago, every influencer was like a skinny white blonde girl laying on a beach. And it wasn't until I realized that no one actually wanted to see pretty face-tuned photos of me. There was a real shift and it was kind of just before the pandemic but I think the pandemic like elevated and amplified the whole situation. Like they actually want to see like your the things that piss you off each day. The mundane thing that you worry about. They want to see ugly photos of you.
