Jurors were not persuaded that there was a tiny % chance his partner might be slightly injured, and that's why you had to kill him. She has been convicted of those two charges, first degree and second degree manslaughter. The standard sentence for the more serious charge is within the range of about six to eight years in prison. In taking the stand, i think it became abundantly clear that she made a mistake.
