David said, the best thing I can do is to go to the land of the Philistines. And then Saul will give up searching for me anywhere in Israel and I will slip out of his hand. What this means is David's situation is not ideal and yours may not be either. But sometimes you can't do exactly what you want to do. Sometimes the will that God has for you is still in the process of unfolding.Sometimes the job that you're supposed to have isn't even open yet.
