Are Barrier Resolutions a Barrier Resolution?

When we say barrier resolution we mean something like if somebody gets an eviction notice the source goes and helps them solve that so they can stay in their home or their apartment. It could be helping somebody in their household get into a substance abuse program. Anything that takes people out of the workforce either you know physically or mentally as you talked about present heism. Any of those things contribute to higher higher rates of turnover for us as employers. If we can reduce those it strengthens our workforce.
