Is There a Moral in Science?
I think most of them just absolutely adored science. That's not always true. There are these very sad cases of people committing fraud or in some cases, maybe it's not fraud, but they're doing something very dubious. I mean, it is difficult to escape some type of careerism. People like to eat. Most people, all of the things being equal, do prefer to have a higher salary. So it's sort of sad individually and of course, pretty terrible for our society.
