i appreciated harry being explicit about the trade off between giving a great deal to a smaller number of drivers versus an ok deal for a larger number of drivers. I also appreciated a point harry made kind of briefly that i think deserves more emphasis, which was the thing he said about dead heading time. When you're driving from home to the city where you're looking for rides, and how we shouldn't actually count that as working time.
