Sally Kohn: I had vaginismus and I also did a lot of ballet. And so I just always held my pelvic floor wrong for like a decade and didn't realize it. We really wanted to figure out that sexual pain piece because we knew that women who were more in the church were so much more susceptible to it. So, you know, plus I believed toxic messages. It was all just very multifaceted and a huge shock.
