What Prompted You to Begin to Engage in Your Pain?
I can think of a really too significant periods in my life to two places where I kind of had to make a decision about am I going to engage my pain or not. My family moved a lot growing up, like every two years, we would we would change location. And there was also which we'll probably get into more later some some traumatic things that happened to me. So what prompted you then to begin to engage those parts of your story? A lot of pain. The pain had to get bigger than the fear of people seeing my pain.
