Fossil fuels are non-renewable but this sort of one-time injection of energy into the world is coming to an end. There's a geological limit to how much oil we can extract and that is the best case. I would say by 2050 you know 27 years from now will be roughly at 50 to 60 percent of today's amount of oil not a disaster still incredibly powerful for what it does for us probably too much for climate scenarios.
