Good stress, taking those steps to do things that we fear that make us uncomfortable because it only makes us stronger. The third aspect of this is being able to stretch our emotional capacity to feel and to really allow ourselves room for perhaps maybe some of the anger that we've suppressed. We're not allowed to feel a certain way just because we don't deem it acceptable or there's no place for angry people in society.
