There's a question about how you enforce the rule if some of the AIs are based in Russia or wherever. The optimistic vision is that responsible players in AI will include what they call watermarks, like computer generated music and images. I think that's a super useful protection against deepfakes. While the United States may be ahead on the development, we're way behind on regulation.
