Is There a Difference Between Intentional Action and Free Will?

In his junior year, there was a seminar on free will that was offered by David Chocky and JP Morland. That course was probably a really turning point for me because then I just started thinking about free will more broadly as a general problem. And also what happened in that class was I started getting introduced to more fundamental issues in action theory.
