People are so scared of failing that they're not setting goals that are big enough. I think when coming up with a goal, it also has to have meaning behind it. If your goal is just a financial one, i'd say, it's not a real goal. It's not tangible. Come up with the goal of how you want to change the world, what it looks like and then don't worry about the details. Just go take that first step and start the journey.
