Ma Jun, the number two of the polypeuro standing committee Li Kui Tiang says he will not continue with his position in March. In the Chinese constitution, there is a two-term limit for Premier. Most likely job he will take will be the head of the National People's Congress,. He either take that job or he would just fade out from the public.
