What Is the Difference Between Leadership and Position of Authority?
Leadership and a position of authority are not the same. Some people think they have good leadership qualities, but they don't. What they have is authority. There's also then what I would call dominance, dominance, kind of social dominance. Certain people have that where they're just very forceful people mentally or emotionally. Even if they're not telling people what to do. It's kind of natural form of leadership. Maybe we've got a virtuous leadership that the Dowdy Ching is describing here. You know, two different words we could use would be, you know, authority. Right? And it's also possible for someone who doesn't have a title. They have no official position
