The Importance of Automation in the Solar System
Killer Q: How easy would it be for a person to get an O'Neill cylinder and set up their own independent or autonomous society within the solar system? The biggest aspect of that is how good is the automation and how much the regulation process. If it gets to be really easy to do and everyone starts doing it, then you do have someone who's going to eventually want to step in says Killer Q.
