The IRS Isn't Trying to Hide Spoilers
Marty Hench is a guy who does things the IRS can't do, right? He just like he uses methods and he adheres to a different standard of proof. And as a result, he is able to do things that the IRS should be able to do, but can't for various kind of political and institutional constraint reasons. So it's really showing that beyond the performative complexity of so many finance grifts where like the prospectus thick enough that the mark assumes there must be something good in it. If you have a pile of shit that's big enough, there's got to be a pony under it.
