The DNP Program at Texas Christian University

In 2010 I really started looking at some of the different programs that are out there for nurse practitioners and other nurses to go on for further degrees after you've received your masters. The whole purpose of the DMP is to award a degree that reflects the expert clinical competencies required by healthcare providers, according to AACN. That really struck a chord with me so I started to look at different programs that really focused on that whole concept as well as translational research implementation science.
