Acte takes very seriously all of those criteria. A lawyer has to have been in practice for at least ten years of full time, either private practice or within certain kinds of trust entities. In short, a nominee can't just be a great lawyer with significant experience. So i think it's different in the sense that you have to meet some strict criteria. And frankly, with these criteria, it's a fairly hard thing to do.
