It's a hawabout compatibility. How do we demonstrate that? This is the toughest one, because bias and discrimination are are real. So it's not a level playing field when it comes to the sea of compatibility. Some people will have, for example, a non traditional name, at least within a particular context. Others will say, you know, i'm willing to let go my entire wardrobe in order to mesh with others. And this also speaks to something else about the so called 'unspoken rules' You can either follow an unspoken rule as well as two or three other options. It's really about who you are, what you value and whether this is even an option.
