Is the Government Making a Killing on Both Sides of the Fence?

I usually think that it's companies sometimes playing both sides of the fence, the legal and illicit market, but also government is really making a killing on both sides. We are being prevented from capitalizing on the opportunities that exist because our own government is preventing that from happening. And they're going to pay the price, unfortunately. That's exactly what California doesn't want from a regulations standpoint. But they're exactly what they think they're trying to regulate out. They are just enabling and enforcing otherwise. It's all messed up.
