"I never had an ambition to do sound design. I was at CalArts studying electronic music, just making electronic music," Dante says. "We did not have a vast library of sound effects to choose from." Avatar has such a great heart and when you have people that have never done something and they're figuring it out, though, it was a lot of discovery.
