I think too, I mean, as we're talking about the idea of, of Canon as mirror, you know, if it's true that there are kind of timeless truths in these texts. Well then we can find ourselves in those texts. By participating in that conversation, we're just inevitably going to learn a lot more about ourselves. And thus I would say we need to really stop reading.
