The Vermont Energy and Climate Action Network
The NRC is working to mobilize Vermont cities and towns to create climate action plans. More than 100 out of 251 towns in the state with climate action plans of Vermont. Towns are required to develop what we call enhanced energy plans that lay out how they're going to help meet the state's 90% by 2050 total renewable energy goal.
