It's important to realise just how powerful these organised crime groups are in Southeast Asia. They have such a monopoly overall because they are often not just like bribing the government. The government of Cambodia specifically, but also Laos and Myanmar as a whole other story. And it's often these Chinese organised crime groups can basically do whatever they want as long as China's kind of happy with them. So it works out as it's like Bill and Road Initiative like for the mafia, basically. Yeah. No, it's hugely tragic.
