The Puppy at the Park Meditation

In a typical meditation, you allow your mind to go do whatever it wants. And that's like having the Puppy at the park - bringing it back when it tries to run off. Personally, i believe there's no such thing as a good or bad emotion but that emotions are the interface between our mind, i e, our thoughts and our body. So really what i'm saying is, anger isn't good or bad, it's information. Happiness isn't goodOr bad, it’s information. The feeling that you're anxious cause there's a lot of traffic and you're about to be late for a job interview, or opening up the store that you just started working
