I think the problem is that people's emotional bandwidth has already been taken up. So regardless of your like on a dating app or not, or if you meet someone out in the real world or not, is not really the source of the problem. Although I despise dating apps, I think they're extremely shallow. But for a lot of people, it's actually a way to like generate a lot of new trauma.
