The zones that are more successful the ones that have this flexibility right in their creatin. We also saw this with honduras as well. Now they had prospera. And now i know lots of ontriputors, i think lots of mutual friends with you, who have gone out there and bought adjacent islands or lots of land to get included in the special economic zone. Because they saw the benefits, they believed in the project,. So things kind of grew organically by people participating.
